All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping fees.

How delivery works

After successful payment on Stripe you are redirected straight to a private download page for your product. Download the files and bookmark the page.
Stripe can email a payment receipt to the address you enter at checkout. The receipt is proof of purchase; the download link itself is on the download page.
Files are ZIP archives containing XLSX, PDF and/or PNG files, as listed on each product page.
If you closed the page or the download fails, contact [email protected] with your order number or checkout email and we will send the link again, normally within 2 business days (Hong Kong time).

Software you need

Excel files open in Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc or Google Sheets (some formulas work best in Excel or LibreOffice). PDFs open in any PDF reader.

Availability

Products are available worldwide except where payment providers or sanctions laws do not allow sales.
