These terms apply to purchases and downloads from this website, operated by RUNCHENG ELECTRIC APPLIANCE LIMITED (潤成電器有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (BR No. 79627259), registered address Portion 1 of Unit No. 721A, 7/F, Star House, No. 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong (香港九龍尖沙咀梳士巴利道3號星光行7樓721A室) ("we", "us"). By buying or downloading a product you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell digital products only (spreadsheets, PDFs, image files and similar). No physical item is shipped. Product pages describe the contents, file formats and any limits.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example Stripe or PayPal); we do not see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

After successful payment you receive a download link on screen and/or by email. See our Delivery Policy.

4. Licence

When you buy a product we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it as stated on the product page (personal use, or team use within one company for team licences). You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

6. No professional advice

Our products are general tools and information. They are not legal, engineering certification, medical, or veterinary advice and do not replace official regulation texts, test data or professional judgement. Engineering calculators give concept-stage estimates.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Intellectual property

All products, text and designs on this site are owned by or licensed to RUNCHENG ELECTRIC APPLIANCE LIMITED (潤成電器有限公司). Third-party standards are referenced by title only with links to official sources.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Consumers keep any protection given by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
