Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned". This policy explains when we refund.

1. We will fix or refund if

• the file is corrupted, will not open in the stated software, or a download link does not work and we cannot fix it within 3 business days;
• the product is materially different from its description;
• you were charged twice for the same product.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or PayPal.

2. Change of mind

We do not normally refund change-of-mind purchases once the download link has been delivered or used, because the files cannot be returned. Customers in the EU/UK: at checkout you are asked to agree that delivery starts immediately and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. If that consent was not given, you may withdraw within 14 days.

Free downloads are provided as-is.
